Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, control panties, or dress & trouser socks unless they arrive defective or damaged. All other intimate apparel is eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange. You may use the template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging) with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return to our Dallas facility using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it’s of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.
