How do I choose the right size for lingerie?
Each product page includes detailed size charts to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend measuring yourself according to our guidelines and comparing with the specific product’s measurements. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Are your products true to size?
Most of our customers find our items true to size when following our size charts. Some shapewear and corsets may run slightly small by design for maximum support – these products will have special sizing notes on their pages.

Where do you ship?
We proudly offer worldwide shipping (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Our Dallas-based team hand-prepares every order with care before it begins its journey to your boudoir.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 business days after processing with full tracking
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after processing
How will my package arrive?
Your intimate apparel arrives in our signature elegant packaging – discreetly wrapped with protective tissue to maintain shape and quality. The exterior packaging shows no indication of the contents inside.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love every piece! You may initiate returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Simply email [email protected] to start your hassle-free return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. To get a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
